Good design and drawing skills to demonstrate your flair for architecture, sound analytical skills, accuracy, and attention to detail, an understanding about the relationship between people, buildings and the wider environment, a first-rate understanding of construction processes. |
| Skills | Computer Literate, basic knowledge in BIM (Building Information Modelling), IIM (Infrastructure Information Modelling) and Pre-Contract works, commercial awareness and business expertise, excellent IT skills, including computer-aided design skills. |
| Abilities | To write reports of moderate to high complexities and to work harmoniously with a variety of Employees within the department and in the Consultant organization with the Client. |
| Language Skills | English: Fluency level required in speaking, reading and writing. |
